Shipping Policy
FREE SHIPPING WITH EVERY ORDER
Orders that are placed and payment received before 12pm PT usually will ship in 1 or 2 business days. Orders that are placed after 12pm PT or on the weekend or on a holiday will be shipped in the subsequent 1 or 2 business days. Shipping times usually take around 4-6 business days. Shipments to Hawaii or Alaska may take much longer; up to 11 to 16 days.

Returns & Replacements
Due to regulations regarding the sale of Peptide Systems' products, returns of products are strictly prohibited. In the unlikely event that your order is shipped out to you incorrectly then please contact Peptide Systems by email, support@peptidesystems. Once this issue is invetsigated and verified, Peptide Systems ship a replacement of your original order.
Ordering
Orders may be made on the Peptide Systems website 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Once an order is submitted and we have received payment, the order will be packaged and shipped out to you by a reputable delivery service provider. Peptide Systems will get into contact with when your order ships, and provide you a tracking ID via email.

Viewing Orders
You have the option to either register, or submit your order as a guest during checkout. Peptide Systems encourages you to register, however, this is totally optional. Creating your registration doesn't require any extra time. Doing so will enable you to change the information in your account and access the past orders you've made when you log into Peptide Systems. Registration also speeds up the processing time during checkout on your future orders. However, you may also continue to check out as a Guest on Peptide Systems. Once your shipment has been received by the shipping service and scanned, they will email you the tracking ID information.
